2. CAREER OPPORTUNITIES / POSITIONS AVAILABLE
Cornerstone will be opening new offices and showroom in the Lafayette market in Q4 of 2013. This is an exciting time of growth and opportunities. Cornerstone will be interviewing for the following positions:
Sales Representatives - Lafayette, LA
Successful candidates must be enthusiastic, personable and focused on sales, making money, opening and closing new opportunities. Cornerstone offers a competitive compensation package that allows you to make as much as $75,000 in both base salary plus commission within 12 months. This position is not capped and there is no overnight travel. The selected candidates will go through a 2-week training program and be provided a mentor for both professional and sales skills. Candidate must be coachable and eager to learn. Proven sales experience required.
Office Manager & Manager Assistant - Lafayette, LA
Successful candidates for these 2 positions must be team players, organized, good communicators, and focused on efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities range from managing office operations to customer service and communications with home office. The selected candidates will go through a 2-week management and flooring training program. Candidate must be coachable and eager to learn, and able to show proven supervisory or office management experience.

Flooring services and solutions to multi-families apartment complexes throughout Lafayette and surrounding area
4. Does this include cold calling on the phone?
Cold calling with Cornerstone means that 95% of the sales calls are in person and making visits in person. We will teach you where to call, how to call and how to maximize each call to increase your closing ratios. On-going customer service and follow-up is done both in person and on the phones.
5. Is Cornerstone structured and ready for this growth?
Yes, Cornerstone has become a leader in the Baton Rouge area for its professionalism, efficiency and excellence in delivery, installation and service. We will bring this same experience to the Lafayette area and looking for team members that want to join in this growth.
6. Will I need to travel to Baton Rouge?
All of your activities will be in the Lafayette and surrounding area. During your 2-weeks training, you will need to travel to Baton Rouge 2-3 times. Once you start, you can expect to have to go to Baton Rouge 1-2 times per month for team meetings and training.
7. Will we be riding bikes at all in our work with Cornestone?
No, you will not be riding bikes. The picture used in this web page of the bike riders was meant to show enthusiasm, competition and a drive for success.
