Course Description

People perform better when they know on a regular basis if their work is acceptable, if their work needs adjustment, or if their work is not acceptable. We all need that level of interaction with our immediate supervisors so we can keep focusing on what is working or make changes as needed. Most companies and managers, however, only communicate this with team members 1 or 2 times per year and that becomes a very convoluted, complex process. This bi-annual or annual approach is not productive. What works is for managers and supervisors to give feedback and provide powerful mentoring in short, casual, awesome, and effective conversations. This workshop shows them the tools, the strategies, and the mindset of how to do this, how to get started, and how to sustain to help each team member become a high performer.
