Course Description

Teams and departments work better when they can count on having good, consistent and effective team meetings. Some departments need more meetings than others. Some less. But what usually happens is that meetings normally go bad and stay bad. The meetings get derailed, people start chasing rabbits, everyone easily gets off-point, and after several of these meetings, no one wants to participate in them much longer. Then the meetings disappear, but the problems
remain. The issues continue, and the miscommunication starts to further increase. It is important for the life of the team
for managers and supervisors to know how to have effective meetings, that are well organized, where ideas can flourish, where people can give differing viewpoints, where everyone feels heard, and where things get accomplished.
